Starting in 2021 and ending in 2023, delegations from all across Montana will make their way to Bozeman to participate in the pinnacle event of the spring and summer sports seasons for Special Olympics Montana. Following eight weeks of rigorous practice and training, competitors are ready to show-off their talent to world! State Summer Games features eight sports, including athletics (track and field), bocce ball, swimming, soccer, gymnastics, golf, cycling, and the motor activities training program, offering opportunities for every skill level. In addition to sports, exciting special events are hosted, including the opening ceremony, a carnival and dance, Healthy Athletes disciplines, team dinners, the Olympic Village (including an ESports experience in 2021), and the closing ceremony, during which the MTN/Chevy Raffle winners are drawn.
We need volunteers! As a volunteer, you will be taking part in providing opportunities for athletes, unified partners, coaches, volunteers, and families from all over the state at one of the largest sporting events Montana has to offer. Sound good? There’s a role for everyone! If you are interested in volunteering, click the button below to view available opportunities!
