Spring Fit 5 Classes

Athletes, are you looking for a fun way to step up your exercise game? Then register for one of our many Fit 5 classes across the state!

This a variety of different exercise classes available to athletes looking to work out and have some fun with fellow athletes in their communities.

Fit 5 is based on the three simple goals of exercising 5 days per week, eating 5 total fruits and vegetables per day, and drinking 5 water bottles of water per day.
