Kickoff Conference FAQ

  1. Go to https://charityauction.bid/MTLETRConf19
  2. Click Register for Conference on the Menu
    1. Purchases – select the items to purchase
    2. Enter the quantity of each registration type needed
      1. Full Conference Registration
      2. Awards Banquet Only
      3. Kickoff Conference Only
      4. Donate to the Dave Hedley Memorial Fund
    3. If you have a coupon code, please enter the code. The adjustment will be shown on the review step
    4. Click Next
  3. Contact Details – please provide contact information
    1. Email, Name, Phone, Company, Address
    2. Click Next
  4. Account - Set up a password so you can access your account in the future
    1. Create password *
    2. Checkbox Agree to Terms and Conditions
    3. Click Sign In
    4. * If you already have an Auctria account, it will ask you to enter in your password
  5. Additional Guests - Please enter the details for additional guests associated with your tickets. Each guest will receive a ticket by email if you enter their email address
    1. You are purchasing X number of tickets
    2. Checkbox: Assign one of these tickets to yourself if you are attending/uncheck if you are not attending
    3. Click on Guest # : None Selected to provide contact details for each attendee
      1. Guest # Contact Details – Email, Name, Phone, Company, Address (NOTE: please provide email address for each additional officer you register. This will help them access their account where they can update their information, view their winning bids on auction items and pay online for any auction items they may win)
    4. Click Next
  6. Payment – complete this form to pay for the purchase
    1. You can pay now with credit card or pay later. Credit card can be saved for future transactions
    2. Enter in credit card information or click pay later
    3. Click Next
  7. Register Credit Card - You can register a credit card with your account to speed up the checkout process
    1. You can register a credit card with your account to speed up the checkout process during the live & silent auction. Your card will not be charged at this time, simply registered for later. You can also skip this step.
  8. Review your Registration
    1. Click Complete Registration
    2. Or click Back to make any changes
  9. Registration complete
  • You will receive an email from Special Olympics asking you to confirm your email as well as provide you a list of each person you registered. Please open email and click confirm in order to view your account on Auctria
  • You will also receive an email with your registration information. You can register a credit card or update your information
  • Each additional guest you registered with their email address will receive an email so that they can update their information, set a password, access auction and register a credit card

  • Email you used to sign in will receive a registration notification with amount charged and amount due.

  1. You will have received an “LETR Kickoff Conference & Awards Banquet 2019 Ticket” email from Special Olympics Montana when you were registered
  2. Click on either the Ticket # or Update Your Contact Details or Register a Credit Card
  3. Click Update Info to make changes to your conference registration record
    1. Click Save Changes
  4. Click Set Password to view your account information, view any auction items you have won and make a payment online
    1. Enter password
    2. Click Save
  5. Click Register Credit Card to save a card to your account for faster check-out
    1. This will be the card your auction items or donations are charged to
  6. You can now access your account through Auctria at anytime by using your email and password

    2. Click Pay Now
    3. Enter amount to pay
    4. Enter credit card information*

Registering a credit card helps speed up the checkout process. Any auction items, registration fees or donations can be charged to the registered credit card. To register a credit card follow these steps

  3. Click on My Account on the right-side of the Menu
    1. Under Bidder Details, click Register a Credit Card
    2. Enter credit card information
    3. Click Register
No. You can pay online with a credit card without registering it. If you wish to pay with cash or check, you can do so at the conference registration table.

    3. Click Donate
    4. Click Donate again to confirm donations
    5. You can choose to pay now or pay later

  2. Click on name in upper left corner
    1. Click Delete Account
    2. To confirm deletion, type yes in box
    3. Click Continue

  3. Donate Item - enter the following information
    1. Title: a one-line descriptive name for the item. The Title will be used to identify it on the Bid Sheets, Bidder Statement and in the Catalog
    2. Description: longer text providing more information about an item
    3. Terms and conditions such as expiration dates
    4. Retail Value of the item
    5. Quantity
    6. Solicitor: please provide your name if you are not the donor
    7. Notes: please provide any more details about your donation that we should know
    8. Click Next: Upload Item Images
  4. Item Images – You can upload images of this item, if you don't have any items just click on Next below to enter the donor details
    1. Click Upload Image
    2. Click Choose File to add image
      1. My Computer
      2. Link (URL)
      3. Take Picture
    3. To delete image, click the X in the upper-right corner of the image
    4. Click Next: Donor Details
  5. Enter Donor Details – please provide details about the donor
    1. Enter contact name and business information
    2. Click Submit Donation
