Opening Ceremonies / Breakfast

Start your conference with a great meal and a warm welcome from your co-hosts - Special Olympic Montana athletes and the Torch Run Director.  Recognize those volunteers who have made contributions to LETR and SOMT in spirit, dedication and enthusiasm in an effective and unheralded fashion.

Regional Luncheon

Conduct regional business and Torch Run Preparations with your local Regional Coordinators.

Concurrent Sessions

Concurrent sessions include Living with Autism presented by Special Olympics Southern California athlete, Erik Weber; as well as provide opportunities for both the newcomer and the experienced volunteer.

Join us as we welcome the newest Hall of Fame and Unsung Hero inductees and recognize those sponsors that contribute to the Torch Run's success.  The newest Torch Run Athlete Ambassador will also be announced.  Guest Speaker:  Erik Weber, Special Olympics Southern California athlete and his mother, Sandy Weber.

Based on single/double occupancy - $70 per night.  Guests arriving before or after the above dates will be confirmed on a space available basis at the lowest rate.

Lodging Reservations

Please make your room reservations with Crowne Plaza at (800) 588-7666 by FEBRUARY 8, 2012.  After this date, all unreserved rooms will be returned to inventory.  When calling for reservations, ask for the Special Olympics/Torch Run room rate.  Sleeping rooms may not be available until 3pm.
