$500 SUPERVALU SHOPPING SPREE WINNER Mel Balzarini of Simms won a $500 SUPERVALU shopping spree! David Pickering, Special Olympics Montana athlete, drew the winning ticket on February 8th at West County Market in Great Falls. He was accompanied by Special Olympics Montana athletes Steven Crouch and Levi Brown. The shopping spree was donated by SUPERVALU of Montana, redeemable at County Market and Tidyman's stores across the state. Mrs. Balzarini's ticket was drawn from more than 5,600 Bresnan Communications/Chevy Raffle tickets. Revenue raised from these raffle sales, in conjuction with retail grocery stores, also qualified for matched dollars from the national Proctor and Gamble Campaign to support local Special Olympics Montana programs.

Woman Wins
Linda Buhler from Oliver, British Columbia, won the Special Olympics Montana (SOMT) Raffle for the all-new 4 door Chevy Silverado sponsored by Bresnan Communications and participating Montana Chevy Dealers. The $5 winning ticket was drawn during the Special Olympics Montana State Summer Games on May 17th in Billings. Over $140,000 was raised to benefit Montana's athletes. |
