of Athletes at Summer Games in Bozeman
Lodging Schedule
Dear Family and Friends of Special Olympics Montana Athletes:
We hope to see you at the 2010 State Summer Games in Bozeman, May 12-14. There are many wonderful and exciting events happening in and around the games again this year and we want you to have a front row seat and all the information you need to help make your visit to the games as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. To that end, here is a list of 2010 Games specific information designed to help you navigate Bozeman and the competition venues more easily.
Events you won’t want to miss include:
- Opening Ceremonies: 7:00pm, Wednesday, May 12 in the Brick Breeden Field House. Plan to arrive early as athletes will begin entering the stadium and taking their seats at 6:10pm. This year’s Opening Ceremonies will have a rally style feel to it with lots of audience participation opportunities!
- Family and Friends Hospitality Center: Refreshments, internet computers, comfy furniture…a place to gather and to rest. Located in room 101 of the Fitness Center next to Olympic Village. Open 9:00am until 3:30pm Wednesday and Thursday during the Games.
- The Nerve Center: Located in the main lobby of the Brick Breeden Field House. Open Daily 7:30am – 5:00pm. Competition schedules, athlete information, free shuttle service drop off/pick up.
- Courtesy Shuttle Van Service: Check In at the Nerve Center for specific pick up/drop off locations
- Closing Ceremonies/Chevy Truck Raffle Drawing! 8:00am – 9:30am, Friday, May 14 in the Brick Breeden Field House. Drawing for the Chevy Truck will take place during closing ceremonies.
