Coaches, who are interested in coaching at USA National Games, can download the attached National Games Coach Application form.  This form is due at the state office by August 1.

The nomination forms for athletes have already gone out to athletes who qualified.  Only those athletes that received a gold medal in athletics, bocce or golf received a form.  If you did not get a form, but believe you are eligible, please contact Risë at the state office.  Forms must be returned by August 1.  Notification of selected athletes will be made by August 15.

Head coaches for soccer will receive the nomination forms for their teams.
