Dear Mr. Norbie and the Entire Special Olympics Montana Community,

I have been involved with Special Olympics in one capacity or another for the past 28 years so I know it takes a tremendous community of people to make Special Olympics the great organization it is. You should be proud to be part of the movement.

In a continuing effort to find new ways to help support Special Olympics, Tim Shriver, Chairman of Special Olympics, his sister (and fellow board member) Maria Shriver, fellow board member Angelo Moratti and I started Lovin' Scoopful Gourmet Light Ice Cream. 25% of our profits ($50,000 minimum) are donated directly to Special Olympics each year. Though Special Olympics has enjoyed strong corporate sponsorships over the years we thought we would try to take things a step further by developing our own brand to support the cause. Our goal is to create smiles and in some small way help to power the human spirit. We could think of no better way to achieve both than by combining the ultimate smile creator, ice cream, with the most uplifting of causes, Special Olympics.
